In a digital age where apps number in the billions, brands must create standout applications that are life-enhancing and useful to customers but also streamlined and intuitive.
CX Loyalty needed to deliver an offering to Vodafone’s registered users in the form of their VeryMe Rewards, an ever-changing roster of weekly treats and giveaways from high street brands, exclusive to Vodafone’s loyal customers.
Customers access the Vodafone VeryMe App via the Vodafone native app, so we needed to design an interface that was visually distinctive but still on brand for Vodafone.
A strategic survey of potential solutions lead us to the understanding that a clean minimal interface with spare use of colour would create the calm and organisation needed as a framework for the lively customised content available to users.
