In today’s virtual world, consumers need their own data to be made visible and understandable to them, so life can run as smoothly as possible.
Telecoms provider, KCOM, wanted to give their customers more agency when it came to handling their account. Customers needed a simple app for bill payments and to monitor their data usage.
Our design enabled these two functions by processing complex data into simple information visualisations that customers could quickly and easily read and understand. A palette derived from KCOM’s brand colours created a friendly and intuitive feel to the interface, so users felt empowered rather than intimidated by hard data.
